Themisby Altitude Mountain Scaling

One pipeline your whole office works.

Most CRMs give every person their own island and call it a team. Themis gives your office one shared pipeline, the same leads, the same clients, the same calendar and the same blog, while still recording who did what.

Shared by default, attributed anyway

A lead captured on any teammate's website is everyone's to answer. Contacts, appointments, capture pages and the blog are all the team's, so nothing is trapped in one person's login, and each record still carries who made it, so sharing never costs you the audit trail.

  • One inbox the whole office watches, with unread state
  • Appointments, capture pages and the blog shared the same way
  • Every record keeps its creator
  • Someone leaving doesn't take the pipeline with them
Two roles, on purpose

An owner invites people, removes them and renames the team. Everyone else does the work. There's no middle tier, because for an office of a handful of people it would buy nothing and give you one more thing to get wrong.

Invites that behave the way you'd expect

Invite a teammate by email and they get a link that sets up their account. Re-inviting the same address rotates the link and kills the old one, which is what “resend the invite” should mean. Revoke a pending invite, remove a member, or leave a team yourself, all from the same page.

  • Invite by email; the old link dies when you resend
  • Revoke an invite that hasn't been accepted
  • No open sign-up, nobody joins your workspace uninvited
